Vaishali Chhibber is an HR professional with no prior academic or professional training in jewelry design. She dared to chase her dreams to become an entrepreneur, in turn, becoming the founder and designer of Femizen. Her passion for artistic and creative pursuits opened the gates of jewelry designing to her. While scrutinizing the local market, she got a firsthand trend by talking to local artisans, which made the idea of creating the brand come to her mind. What started with one artisan has grown into an able and creative team working to build Femizen into a winner.
